Samson Family Resource Center
Located in Milwaukee’s Riverwest neighborhood, COA’s Samson Family Resource Center (FRC) offers free drop-in programs for parents and children ages 0–7. Parents and caregivers stay with their little ones to enjoy free play, story time, art projects, snacks, and more — all in a safe, welcoming space.

Open all year | Monday–Friday | 9:15 AM – 12:00 PM
Come play, learn, and connect with other families.
What will a morning look like?

Free play (45 mins): Kids explore toys and play while parents chat or join in

Clean-up, hand washing, snack time (30 mins)

Art or messy project (30 mins): Join as you feel comfortable

More free time for learning play (20–25 mins)

Clean-up & circle time (15 mins): Songs and stories
After School Crew (Ages 0–7)
September–May | Monday–Friday | 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Fun after-school time for kids and parents!

Summer Drop-In: Lunch Brunch
June- August | Monday–Friday | 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM
Bring your lunch and enjoy time with other families!
Eat & play at SFRC (1 hour)
Outdoor fun on the COA playground or indoor gym time (1 hour)
