COA Youth & Family Centers offers a quality childcare program that is licensed by the State of Wisconsin for 120 children, ages 6 weeks through 12 years.

The Center has been accredited by the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) since 1994. In 200 our former Governor, Tommy Thompson, named COA Childcare as one of the State's Centers for Excellence.

Mission

Our childcare staff is committed to providing quality childcare in accordance with the laws established by the State of Wisconsin and the recommendations of NAEYC. We strive to ensure that children and families reach their greatest potential by offering a continuum of recreational and educational programs. As a multi-cultural agency, COA values diversity and cooperation and promotes personal growth and positive social interaction.

Educational Philosophy

We believe that children learn best when they are allowed to explore the world around them. Through hands-on learning, children foster their natural curiosity to learn. Active learning enriches children's intellect, creativity, and understanding of complex ideas.
