For the ninth consecutive year, Charity Navigator, a national evaluator of nonprofit organizations, has awarded COA its highest 4-Star rating for financial efficiency and governance. Currently, COA is one of only 21 4-Star charities in Wisconsin and we are the only Human Services/Children and Family Services agency with a 4-Star rating in Wisconsin.
